Frequently asked questions
Do I need design skills or paid software?
No. If you can type, you can personalize these templates. Canva's free plan, Google Slides, and PowerPoint all work — you never need to buy software.
How do I receive my files?
Instantly. After checkout you'll get a download link on the confirmation page and by email. Your files are editable .pptx templates (the Complete Suite also includes the budget & guest list spreadsheet).
What can I edit?
All of it — names, dates, wording, colors, and fonts. The layouts are professionally designed so it looks polished no matter what you change.
What sizes are the templates?
Standard sizes are built in (for example 5×7 invitations), and you can resize to 4×6, A5, and more inside your editor. Signs are sized for large-format poster printing.
How do I print them?
Three easy options: print at home on 110–120 lb cardstock, upload the PDF to an online printer, or take it to any local print shop (Staples, Office Depot, VistaPrint, etc.).
Will the fonts look right?
Our designs use refined specialty fonts. If your editor shows a slightly different font when you first open the file, the text is still fully editable — install the free font or pick one you love. Canva makes font swaps especially easy.
Is this a subscription?
No — one-time purchase. Download your files and they're yours to keep.
