Refund policy

Because every product in our shop is an instant-download digital file, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a template has been purchased.

 

That said, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If anything goes wrong (a file won't open, a download link fails, or you're having trouble editing), email us within 7 days and we'll make it right.

 

Please note before buying: our products are editable digital templates, not physical goods and not a custom design service. You personalize them yourself for free in Canva, Google Slides, or PowerPoint, then download and print. Please check that your device supports the file format listed in each product description.
